With unanimous votes, law named for Johnson County's own Kelsey Smith awaits the Governor's signature

Thursday April 2nd 2009:

House Bill 2126 named for Johnson County teen Kelsey Smith who was kidnapped and brutally murdered in 2007 passed the Kansas House and Senate unanimously and is ready for the Governor's signature.  Both sides of the aisle worked together on this bill to ensure proper precautions were included in the bill's language.
